As Luck Would Have It...

It just so happens that today is my Grandpa Herman's 85th birthday so the first blog goes out to you Grandpa.....

Luck [luhk] noun: good fortune; advantage or success, considered as the result of chance.
As luck would have it, I've had the good fortune of having grandparents.  And not just any grandparents.  Mine aren't just some old folks, some snowbirds living six states away that send me cards with a 20 dollar bill on holidays.  No.  I'm lucky because my grandparents are my friends.  And we happen to be their only grandkids, so we've never had to share our time with them.

My grandparents are people that live merely five miles down the highway that I've spent my entire life growing up with. They've supported and helped me and believed in me more than you'll ever know.  They're friends that have taken care of us, let us tag along, fed us, nurtured us, and genuinely loved us. Grandma and Grandpa are go-getters and vagabonds, people always on the run.  They are friends that I can mix a drink with in the evening.  In fact, Grandpa taught my brother and I how to mix a high ball in our younger years and when they came out a bit strong, he'd claim, "that looks like wild cat piss!"  He's known for his sayings and my brother has diligently written each of them down through life.  Grandpa is a never-ending source of witty humor.

I don't think he cares for my given name, Kristen.  When I was born, he may have straight-up declared this fact to my mother, his only daughter.  He calls me Krissy. And only Krissy. And that name is reserved for him and only him.  He's an excellent husband. A father of three.  An extremely hard worker. His hands are tough and weathered but his eyes are soft and blue.  He's stubborn.  He loves his whiskey.  He's German with a lot of piss and vinegar running through his veins.  And this is why he'll beat cancer.

When I told him happy birthday and asked how he was this morning, he claimed, "Well I don't feel any older and cancer hasn't killed me yet so I think I'll go to Thermopolis and drink some whiskey." This is how I know all is well in his world.

Luck turned a bit when we just recently found out about the dreaded cancer.  Me being in my science-driven, veterinary mind frame got right to the facts.  I've researched, I've read, I've looked at numbers and statistics.  And then I looked at Grandpa. No way in hell, I thought.  I'm hopeful.  After Lance Armstrong was diagnosed with cancer he said, "When you think about it, what other choice is there but to hope? We have two options, medically and emotionally: give up, or fight like hell.”

He may have cancer, but as luck would have it, he's got us. And I think we'll choose to fight like hell because he hasn't seen me as Doc Krissy yet.  He hasn't danced with me at my wedding. We haven't had the chance to fly fish Hyattville together.  And we're not done drinking whiskey.

  2. Here's an idea that will send you into an orgasm of unwieldy power: why not aim and shoot one of those fine little arrows into your beloved grandpa? He has cancer ... what would he care? And you love killing things ... what would you care? Since it's all about you, not about love or empathy or comfort or care, surely you wouldn't have a problem with this, right? He shouldn't dance with you at your wedding or on any other occasion, because you are beneath contempt. Put on that sniper mentality, aim true, and eradicate all possibility of ever dancing with him again. Then when you've polished him off, maybe aim for yourself, though you'd probably need a .45 for that. Git 'er done, you disgrace of a "human being".

  5. Well, Kristen Lindsey already did lose her grandfather: http://www.greybullstandard.com/?p=2016

Grief can sometimes dispose people to acting out in outrageously stupid and unpredictable ways. That, together with Kristen Lindsey's self-professed love of hunting (see profile here) and likely sociopathic/narcissistic tendencies, as noted by another commenter, might explain why she's so delighted with herself for her act of evil.

I have a cat, and also volunteer at a cat shelter, hence I can deduct:
    1) You have killed this cat at close range.
    2) Due to penetration angle, this cat was coming towards you. at close range
    3) You've shot downwards (the cat head was up walking) hence again close range and the cat facing you.
    4) It does not appear that it's an hunting arrow head, but a target practice one: A hunting arrowhead would have bent the arrow.
    5) Anyone hunting knows that you do NOT/NEVER shoot the head.

I also hope that, with so much publicity around your name, nobody will hire you again,
I also hope that they revoke your vet license, preferably both. YOU FUCKING CUNT!

  9. What is there to say about you that hasn't already been so eloquently said by others here? That you're a monster? You are. That there is something so noticeably absent within your soul that is it as if you are dead, walking? There is. The wonderful thing about evil, and doing evil acts, is that they always come into the light. And they bring their own rewards with them. Your reward, justly, is that you are now known by hundreds of thousands of people, all of whom think you a monster. And the only ones who don't? Are psychopaths just like you. Fitting company for one such as yourself.

READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS--YOUR LIFE, AS YOU ONCE KNEW IT, IS NOW OVER. And it's all your fault. You are no victim. You are the author of this destruction. So lie down in the bed you've made and brace yourself for the onslaught you deserve, you soulless wretch.

I believed that the standards to get into vet school were higher? than this...this person sounds almost functionally retarded--what would cause someone to do these heinous acts (whether the cat was feral or someone's pet is certainly not the issue) and then to post on well-traveled social media sites? I wonder what could have happened to her that would cause such hatred--and such arrogance to post for all to see. perhaps she didn't want to be a vet any longer--since these sort of anti-social behaviors which were most likely present for along time were not born overnight. some very disturbing behaviors were probably prevalent for awhile. very disturbing. the whole family sounds whacked!

  11. As a veterinarian, you were aware of and had access to humane measures of removing an unwanted cat. The idea of shooting a cat, feral or otherwise, through the skull with a bow and arrow for sport is something you should sincerely seek professional help for. Regardless of whether or not you were raised as a hunter, I know for a fact you had no intention of eating this cat that has the misfortune of stepping onto your property. What you did was cruel and unusual punishment, only made more shocking by the fact that you have taken a lifetime oath to prevent suffering in animals.

You absolutely deserve to have lost your job over this as you've gone against what your profession, by nature, swears to protect. The fact that you claim you're so "awesome" and above reproach, once again signifies to me that you have some deep seeded issues that need to be worked out in counseling.

I hope that for the betterment of society, you check your ego at the door, and get some professional help. The reason so many are so outraged is because what you did was a very big deal. The reason you were fired is because what you did was a very big deal. The reason people are trying to have your medical license revoked is because what you did was a very big deal. The reason you are being interviewed by the police is because what you did was a very big deal.

You're an adult. It's time you learned from your actions.

    The Veterinarian's Oath:

"Being admitted to the profession of veterinary medicine, I solemnly swear to use my scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society through the protection of animal health and welfare, the prevention and relief of animal suffering, the conservation of animal resources, the promotion of public health, and the advancement of medical knowledge.

I will practice my profession conscientiously, with dignity, and in keeping with the principles of veterinary medical ethics. I accept as a lifelong obligation the continual improvement of my professional knowledge and competence."

  19. As a veterinarian, how do you not know how to handle feral cats in a humane way? There are many resources available for TNR - trap, neuter, returm. If a particular cat is that much of a nuisance, there are humane ways to have it euthanized. To choose to kill the cat is not the answer. There are ALWAYS humane options. It's obvious you know what you did is wrong. Otherwise, you would've already gone to the authorities to clear your name. Instead you said you'd come in later with an attorney. The fact you were lost your job is a punishment you deserve along with any future punishments that you get.

Trying to veterinarians have taken a look at the picture, and the way his body is drawn up, they said that that picture of the cat was still alive. So this cat suffered horribly. Horribly. What Kristen Lindsay did was a horrible thing. She not only viciously Slade someone's beloved pet, she allowed it to supper and take a picture of it when he was still alive. She had no empathy or compassion that the animal suffered for God knows how long before it finally died.

  38. "Only (a) good feral tomcat is one with an arrow through it's head"? What could have possessed you to think that it's right to kill an animal just because it's feral? Do you even know the definition of feral? You probably won't see this but just in case, read: Full Definition of FERAL
    1
: of, relating to, or suggestive of a wild beast
    2
a : not domesticated or cultivated : wild
b : having escaped from domestication and become wild
    — feral noun

Definition number two A obviously means that that cat wasn't endangering anyone. It was used to being around other humans that apparently were taking care of him. Why someone didn't just take him in, like I would have, I don't know. Still, there's no excuse...NO EXCUSE...for killing it. I believe in justice and in one way or another, you will be punished. Either by the US judicial system or by God, that you so happen to mention in your A Little Bit About Me. You know what? I'm glad that you were stupid enough to post a photo of yourself on your Facebook page with this innocent animal that you "bravely" killed, so that you got caught and be unable to kill any other animals that you deemed to be "...good only with a arrow with their head". What would kill next? Children that you think may be possessed by Satan?

TLDR? You are a psycho, a disgrace to honest and caring veterinarians. You're also a blemish on the face of humanity. I hope you get what's coming to you by the hand of God or the US court system.

I hope you will be charged and found guilty of animal cruelty, and I hope you will go to prison for a long time. Wait! wait! that's not it!
Even more troubling: as shown on the picture, one of the hind legs is up,
and not sagging down, raising the possibility that the cat was still
alive when the picture was taken.

  41. This twat's mother, Becky (who proudly took the picture and "saw it all go down!") is a good little Republican sociopath and county treasurer up in Big Horn County, Wyoming. According to the county website, her email and phone number are becky.lindsey@bighorncountywy.gov and 307-568-2578.

What a great little human Kristen's parents created! They must be awesome people.

"You people posting her father's address, making comments about her grandfather and using low-class language shame all of us who really care about animal welfare." I submit that this is forum not a course on Efficient Business Writing. There is justification for the outrage that the "Dr." has brought down upon herself. Opinions are not action taken. We're not standing on this little girl's lawn with flaming torches and pitchforks. Everyone is entitled to an opinion here, and no one really needs to give grounds for it. Truly caring about sentient life and becoming outraged at the wanton killing of sentient life are not mutually exclusive.

  47. H. H. Holmes, America'a first serial killer, expressed interest in medicine which reportedly led him to practice surgery on animals. (Sound familiar yet?)

Dennis Rader a/k/a "BTK Killer" first experimented binding/torturing/killing on animals.

Jeffrey Dahmer's hobby was to kill neighbours' pets. He impaled a dog's head on a stick and displayed it. (Sounds eerily similar to some vet I had been reading about these past few days!)

Albert DeSalvo a/k/a "Boston Strangler" trapped dogs and cats and shot arrows at them.

Edmund Emil Kemper killed cats he found around the neighbourhood and displayed their heads on poles. He also killed his own cat and cut it into pieces. (Are you picturing a certain vet holding up the poor neighbour's cat with n arrow through his head yet ?)

Keith Hunter Jesperson a/k/a "Happy Face Killer", Richard Kuklinski, David Berkowitz a/k/a "Son of Sam" and Carroll Edward Cole all recounted animal torture as their first violent act.

    Please help psychopath Kristen Lindsey.

And Ms. Lindsey murdered this poor cat? What you called everyone here in your first thought-provoking sentence? Look in the mirror...that is YOU. By the way, I bet you love working in a bookstore! 16. "this from a trained and specialized journalist"

You work at Barnes&Nobles, and go to school online. You might want to be a journalist later in life, but you are not a jedi yet my young padawan...

As a "trained journalist" you should know that a digital picture has something called EXIF data, often paired with GPS location.
Secondly, if posted on facebook, they have the login, date, time and IP. which also give a location.

"Check out where this woman lives. WYOMING!! WY-fucking-OMING!! Not TEXAS!
      "
-- She is from Wyoming, but lives and work(ed) in Texas. Just like you: you are FROM Missouri, but work in NY.

-- If you want her home address and phone number in WY, I can give it to you: As a trained journalist, you should cross check your sources and fact check twice. You'll then be able to call her mom and ask her who took the picture(s)

-- The picture is "so fake" that she refused to speak to the sheriff without a lawyer present. Does not smell good.

-- Photoshop: Again, thanks to the "online school of journalism" and your thorough 2 hours of training, you are probably aware that Photoshop leaves traces. Modified pixels can be detected by specialized software, i.e. like the one developed by Dartmouth University. It's pretty hard for the naked eye, but for those soft, it's an easy bit (no pun intended) (did you get it?)

"This blog surfaced on her page before it hit media"
-- This one is the 101 of fact checking, but again, as a future Pulitzer, you are of course 100% aware of it:
When a page is created on Blogspot, it has the date in the URL
      Example, this page http://wyogirl-kristenlindsey.blogspot.com/2011/02/
      2011/02 as in Feb 2011.
But that can be changed, so you can check the code source on the page by doing a command U or CTRL-U
Lastly, There is a tool created by the MIT lab to carbon date website, and for this one the results are in:
      "Estimated Creation Date": "2011-02-18T00:00:00",
      "Google.com": "2011-02-18T00:00:00"
Unless Google is in cahoots with those animal lovers that just want to arras this poor girl "that loves to kill things"

I think I should have charged you for the information and schooling above. But i did not.
      You're welcome!
      PS:
Ask your school for a refund.

    17. On several media sources, it says that Kristin's parents witnessed it happen. There are even comment feeds. However, the whole thing is strange because the comments were posted after the picture. What is even weirder is that her parents live in Wyoming- not Texas. So it doesn't make sense that they witnessed something that happened in Texas if they live in Wyoming.
      Now for the photoshop image:
There is no blood on the cat
The cat's paws are not limp
There is a blue hue around the right side of "Kristin Lindsey" and some of the blue shows up on her shirt.
There is too much of a separation between Kristin's body and the back ground of the picture.
The Krisitn in the picture looks quite a few years younger than the pictures that are recently surfacing that are supposedly Kristin Lindsey.
The bow is bent in the picture. I also target practice. It is very easy to get a sturdy bag, put something in it that weighs 8 pounds and hang the bag off the end of the bow. The bow does not bend.
The arms in the picture look odd. I haven't figured out why yet, but they look kind of manly... it's just weird.
She is just sticking out of those bushes and the blue hue around her is the exact color of her pants.
There are almost no shadows on "Kristin Lindsey" and the sun is behind her. This is impossible.
I am not the only one who noticed these slip- ups, but since I feel that it is my duty to inform the public of such strange occurrences in this photo since all other media outlets have failed, here you are.

      Delete
    20. Who says the cat is dead? Who said anything about hacking the mother. If her parents supposedly live in Wyoming, then how would they witness something in Texas. Let's say this photo is real for just a minute. Perhaps the Kristin Lindsey in the picture and the Kristin Lindsey who is a vet are two different people.

      Delete
    21. In fact Anne, my point is that the cat doesn't look dead. How are you even jumping to conclusions and mixing up the whole idea this badly? Are you doing that on purpose???

      Delete
    22. Cat doesn't look dead because he was still Alive with a bow through his skull you moron. Are you just here to argue with people? is there something wrong with you? By the way the owner said their cat is dead, they interviewed her... yes she was speaking to the camera. Really is there something wrong with
      you?

      Delete
    23. That wasn't the owner. That was some lady named Amy Hammell who said she had lent the cat out through the animal society and she recognized the cat. The animal society claims it is NOT one of theirs and the actual owner of the cat has not come forward. Regardless, it seems that the apparent animal murder took place in Wyoming since her parents apparently witnessed the crime and they live in Wyoming.
If the cat was alive and still struggling, there would be a ton of blood all over that cat's head. The fact that there is no blood at all is quite weird, don't you think?

    24. Her Mother works in texas you simpleton. yes they contacted the owner of tiger.

      Delete
    25. No where does it say that her mother works in Texas. This media source had the most information about Kristin's parents http://www.kbtx.com/home/headlines/Veterinarian-Brags-About-Killing-Cat-with-Bow-and-Arrow--300293461.html

Notice that they are a college station. They were the first media source to say anything about this case. Most of the other media sources copied and pasted what KBTX articles said. In another article, KBTX had posted an alleged comment posting of what everyone said about the picture of the dead cat on Kristin Lindsey's page. It seems this snap shot has been deleted. On this comment, Becky Lindsey- supposedly the mother states that she was in the backyard with Jack (the father) when it happened.
First of all Jack lives in Wyoming. Second, the comment posting came out several days after the picture of the cat. The snapshot of the comments do not specify what everyone was talking about so there is no proof they were even discussing the picture with Kristin Lindsey holding the dead cat.
Check your facts again. The one who came forward on Tiger's behalf is not the owner. It is a woman named Amy Harrell who claims to work in Brenham, TX for the animal society. She is not actually the owner. Also, KBTX had posted the video of the cat on their page shortly before this story went nation-wide. If you had watched the video then, you would have noticed there was a tractor ad just before the video of the cat on the same color tractor. It could be just coincidence... but seeing how there are so many holes in this story, I don't think it is.

      Delete
    26. Correction, they did not take down the snapshot of the comments.

As for your other findings, please forward them to her lawyer. When someone refuses to speak to a sheriff without a lawyer present, it already says something.

"The bow is bent in the picture. I also target practice."

-- Ask your instructor the difference between a bow and an arrow.
The arrow is the thing that fly away. The bow is supposed to stay in your hand.

    31. Aw, look at you trying! I’d like to help you, I’ll even use small words.

You ask: “How did her parents witness something that happened in Texas when they live in Wyoming?”

Well, there are these big things called ‘airplanes’. They take people from one place and magically take them to another. In the air! There are other things that can do this too but, not in the air. Like cars and trains! There are some that even go on water called ‘ships’ or ‘boats’. Isn’t that neat?!

Now, why would someone want to go from one place to another? Well, sometimes people live far, far away from each other and they want to see someone else, like their friends. You like seeing your friends, right? This is called ‘visiting’. The mommy and daddy you are talking about wanted to see their little girl but, she lived very far away. So, mommy and daddy went to visit their little girl. They might have even went on one of those airplanes! Cool, huh?

I hope this lesson helped. As far as anything else you want to know, I don’t believe there are words small enough. I hope that someone can help you though.

Trained journalists learn how to look at and state facts, as well as any personal feelings about them, with a very cold head and serious self-control. Your writing shows none of this - you are an impulsive, hotheaded writer. Trained journalists don't call names, "Sherlock". A good journalist has a reputation they work hard to build, and then to keep. One other noticeable thing about a trained journalist - they usually spent time in college getting a degree and it shows in their correct use of grammar, the lack of which also shows in your writing. I respect that you have an opinion. My own opinion is that you are young and haven't learned to think like an adult yet. Get an education and your impulsiveness under control and you have a good chance of being an adult someday.

I believe people are just truly heartbroken, and their sadness has turned into anger. And they are simply venting because they are so enraged Over what Kristen Lindsey did. I don't think any of these people who are saying these things are evil. You do not see them acting out any of these things. They are simply hurt and heartbroken because they understand the pain this cat suffered. As you know by now the cat was not dead when the picture was taken. The cat suffered a horribly painful death. It was not quick. So please do not call any of these people sick that are actually just heartbroken that a veterinarian or any human would do such a horrible thing. They have a right to be angry, now if someone or any of these people went to her home or families home and set it on fire then they may be sick. But they are just venting because they are hurt

  54. Alicia Allison--
As a trained and specialized journalist, I suppose you are aware that law enforcements can gather evidence and authenticate the photo and the facts of this case--and authenticate your claims that it photo-shopped if indeed it is.

But your posts raises some questions, such as, why would anyone go to such lengths to post/hack this person's account with such a horrific photo?

And why would they go to even greater lengths to post /hack the mother's account too?

Did they also post/hack her blog where she boasts that she likes killing things? Kind of an odd thing for a Vet to say, don't you think?

Why did her place of employment fire her? Did they act in haste or in horror too?

And finally, where is Tiger, the cat that looks an awful lot of the one depicted in the horrific photo--according to what I've read, no one has seen this pet/cat since around the time of the photo.

I hope that this horrible act did not occur and that you are correct-that would be wonderful! that means that some poor, defenseless cat did not have to die a cruel death at the hands of someone who was entrusted to "Do no harm..." I suspect animal activists and supporters of defenseless animals whether feral or domestic, you know, those who you are calling out for their outrage about this case, would probably be happy if that were the case.

  58. No Alicia you rather insult people and as for ruffling feathers, you are the only one that seems to be doing that to people here.

    1. In essence, Alicia Allison, you are a snert. An internet troll. You came in here and laid troll eggs, invalidating any relevance in anything you have written, because it was done not because you care about the issue (s) at all, but out of pure mischief. In case you are wondering what troll eggs are, they are poop.

  59. Maria:
Your Sudo fsk -g0 -yrsf made me pee in my pants a wee bit :)

    Alicia Allison:
You have a style, that is...peculiar: You deflect questions, ignore them or simply attempt to answer them in a non factual manner.
A deflection shows the intent of misleading. When used multiple times in a conversation, it is a tell-tale sign of a lie.

Quoted verbatim: Do you seriously have no life that you feel the need to harass someone over something you literally do not truly know if it happened and what is taking place in the investigation.

Blaming, or accusing somebody else for your own faults or behavior is also a tell-tale sign. When you ask [if they have no life] I would like to point out to you that you are by far the most prolific writer here: about 1,700 words.
Do you have a life? or do you pretend to have one? i.e. making up a different life, a better one.
You should now reply to me that you are defending yourself, or promote the truth, that will complete the circle.
I can only suggest that you stop dreaming about being a journalist, and start learning how to be a great journalist. The writing part is only 30%. Finding the story, cross checking the facts, and then digging deeper, that's how you go from OK to great. and not by making unverified assumptions.

    Best regards,
    Steve.

Also, please use punctuation: it can save a life.

    1. Thank you Bah. But why do you think I am on here? These are not unverified assumptions. I have stated the issues with this case as well as the fishy actions of the first (and only) person who has seen the picture on Kristen Lindsey's Facebook page. There are many holes in this story. I have learned never to trust what is said or what or what I see in media or on the Internet. That is one dangerous road to take.

This is by far not a news article- what I have written here. I seriously was disgusted by the way people are handling this story and taking it to extremes- giving out her mother's address!! Seriously??? What is wrong with you people. There were apparently bomb threats at the clinic Kristin used to work-and just because they said they fired her doesn't mean it happened. They could have said this to stop the harassment. But you give out her mother's personal information knowing this! Wow! Just.. wow!
As far as my having or not having a life? Does it matter? The point is that if you are on a 4 year old blog cursing out a woman you've never met who has probably forgotten about this blog completely shows major signs of immaturity and a deep rooted sadness in your life. It was fun to stir things up. But as most of you guessed- I have a real job, and I'm going back to it. See you in a week when the truth comes out.

    3. " just because they said they fired her doesn't mean it happened" That is a serious statement you made. Odd thing to say. I think people need to inquire if this statement is true or not. Yes I do think you are either Kristen, the queen bitch mother or one of her twisted friends. I am sure you are morally superior, so yes, we will judge and criticize, you just have to deal with it or leave because we will not be silenced!!!! We are posting on a blog she forgot, it's not harassment.

    4. Alicia, you are also on a "four year old blog", so what does that say about YOU and your "life"? Quite a glass house you have there.

    5. I have read all your posts on here Alicia and I think you are absolutely nuts in the head. Journalist, no. Where did you get your journalism? Present the facts. First turn off about what you said in here was about Kristen's parents. They are from Wyoming but they were visiting Kristen in Texas. Get your facts straight. And I do not think for one second that you are who you say you are.

  60. Alicia, are you delusional or just plain dumbstruck?

  61. The only 2 people who use the hyphen and or dash as punctuation are Kristen and Alicia. Read through the blog then read Alicias posts.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Alicia likes to deflect, justify, and blame other people for Kristen's heinous act. Her arguments seem to me like someone who is trying to confuse the facts and then blame others for it. Like someone who is running scared and afraid she'll get caught. When people get close to the facts ....sociopaths often bolt. Just sayin'...

  64. I had to read all the comments on here before posting. I find it kind of funny that you are all attacking Alicia when she sounds just like you. All of you are really mean and nasty- Alicia included Although I think she meant to be.
Putting someone's personal information out for the public so that others may harass and spread more gossip is an all time low. Really, it is.
As far as the picture... I mean it does look really weird. There's no blood, but just in its entirety, just a weird pic. I don't know if someone was out to get Kristen or if she photoshopped it herself. I don't know, but it makes as much sense as a vet with a Doctorates degree putting an arrow through a cat's head. The fact is, I don't know the truth. You don't know the truth. Until Kristen comes out and makes a statement, none of us can know the truth. So pissing all over her old blog and calling up random people with the last name Lindsey to harass them, will certainly get you nowhere. All and all, Kristen's life is completey ruined without your help. Your attitude towards her in this way shows you have no mercy or love for anyone. It's kicking a person when they are down. It's harsh, and cruel and again, you really don't even know what happened yet.

    1. Quoted: It's kicking a person when they are down. It's harsh, and cruel...
      > You mean like shooting an arrow a close range on a trapped cat? [ most likely someone else's pet]

Quoted: I mean it does look really weird. There's no blood, but just in its entirety, just a weird pic.
      > Yeah, it does. That's why Kristen refused to speak to sheriff without a lawyer present. That's also why the case was forwarded to the DA, and that's why she took down her Facebook page. because the picture is Photoshoped. To add a little mystery, I suppose she was fired without any questions asked, so she could sue the clinic fro wrongful termination. You have now convinced me that she is innocent. Somebody must have hacked her account and posted those fake pictures. They even started 4 years ago with this blog.

Quoted: Until Kristen comes out and makes a statement,
      > I am 100% sure that her statement is going to be perfectly accurate.

Quoted: Your attitude towards her in this way shows you have no mercy or love for anyone.
      > I am going to sound very cold, but I am pretty sure that the human race is not critically endangered now. If an idiot does not reproduce, it's all the better for the gene pool, and frankly, if she was going to be hit by a car tomorrow, I would not mourn her.

Alicia: She is delusional, and lies about her competences or expertise on about every post. Nothing against her, but she needs a bit of counseling help.

    2. Everything she stated about the picture looking weird is 100% true. I have played with Photoshop myself. There are a lot of things weird woth the picture.
Also, anything she says to the police can be held against her. It seems you really want Kristen to be guilty or you would see the missing links Alicia does. I am not sticking up for her- I am just saying.

  67. I don't want to argue with you Anne, but Yeah, that comment that you refer to was of a screenshot that was supposedly under the pic of the cat. Conveniently, the person posting the pic left out the picture and also, these comments did not surface until almost a week after the picture did. If you look at the comments, there are several people saying they love and miss Kristen. With such a huge outrage over this pic, don't you think it's strange that no one said anything bad about whatever it is they were talking about on those posts? There was no mention of a cat. What it is they were actually talking about or any inclination anything remotely bizarre had taken place.

  73. jesus, did you read that whole thing. that's an old one. i didn't even realize i had a blog. i talked to corporate about some job i used to work for. I wrote a 10 page complaint against them that ended in a huge investigation with the branch i worked in. My boss used to call me a snoopy journalist because I had all the dirt. So I signed myself- ex journalist because I was an ex- employee... get it?

  75. I too was raised in the mountains and have ultimate respect for life in general. At times you do have to hunt for food, key word (food). We also respect and love animals in a whole, we have even started our own rescue for unwanted animals to give them a second chance. Never in my life would I shoot an animal for fun!!!! All I can keep thinking is why, why did you shoot him, why would you hurt animals when you took an oath to help them. This does not make sense. Pretty F*cked up from where I stand.

  76. Here's what I think. Kristin, Alicia, and Jake aka Ex-journalist (not sure why you changed your name but you forgot to delete the "poop" post by Ex-journalist) all have similar writing styles. Similar punctuation. And the similar theme of journalist/author. It's hard to disguise these things especially when stressed and I would think that Kristin and her family are pretty stressed right now. But anyway, good luck keeping your "awesome" self out of court.

    1. Wtf are you talking about? Crazy woman! It's called CORRECT punctuation. But believe what you want to believe.
Anyway, seeing that you have no problem wlswitching from person to person and then accuse others of doing it, makes you a nut job in my opinion. I don't particularly like crazy people so seeing that you can neother grasp common sense nor can you handle a perfectly normal conversation without attacking people, I really don't want to talk to you either, Eh hem eh hem Anne.

  77. Classic sociopathic behavior, "Jake". I feel sorry for you and all of your identities. Someone finds you out so you try to deflect attention to someone else. You see the world through your lenses and believe that others are not wise enough to know what you are doing. People like you don't realize that you aren't as convincing as you think you are.

Well, you've become tiresome and predictable. Good luck to you, you'll need it.

  78. What you did Krissy was a violation of humane moral. You took a loved cat from two people who loved him like a child. I know what I would have done when I found out and saw you disgusting morbid picture and comment. That little cat walked up to you like a friend and just wanted to greet you. Instead you waited until he go close enough so you would not miss and shot him in the head at very close range and displayed it like Ted Nugent would display a deer. You are a piece of feces and I hope you never get a night sleep without nightmares and terror of what you did. Texas law will probably give you a slap on the hand or an award, after all a cat is not stock like a hog or steer that would have been a felony. If you were in Japan they would have cut you hand off and thrown you in a pit for a year. But Texas and Wyoming probably could give a crap about morals and justice for animals. You need that bow shoved up you ass and I hope when you in public all recognize that wonderful humane smile you have.......bitch!!

Furthermore, being a Barnes and Nobles employee, you:
    a) Probably does not make a lot. ($9/hour average, source Glassdoor.com)
    b) Should consider looking into how to collect unemployment (Barnes and Nobles is closing stores faster than they sell books)
    c) Your previous experience at Staples was not very conclusive either, Jake.
